These images are from the second day of hiking during my trip to New Mexico, while hiking to Baylor Pass in the Aguirre Springs National Recreation Area.  We hiked two miles of the Baylor Pass trail up to the pass and turned around, although the trail continues on for another 3.5 miles through Baylor Canyon and out the other side of the mountains.  The recreation area seemed fairly popular, although we didn't see very many people on the trail.
